Shipping & delivery

We understand that you want your newly purchased items to arrive as quickly as possible! For this reason, our team will endeavour to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours, or within the next business day.

We offer a choice of shipping methods to suit your needs!

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. If for any reason the parcel cannot be delivered, Australia Post will leave a slip specifying pickup and location details for you to collect your purchase.

 ALL ORDERS:

Please take care when providing a delivery address. Any parcels returned to Primp The Label. due to an incorrect address will be re-delivered at the customer's expense.

 Please understand that we do our very best to ensure that all orders are delivered in the specified timeframes. However, please note that during our sale/promotional and holiday periods, delivery may be longer than specified.
